UK delivery

We usually dispatch orders the next working day.

Standard UK delivery is £3.99 with Royal Mail Tracked 48. Allow an estimated 2–4 working days from dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

We currently offer standard delivery only. Personalisation is not currently available.

Returns

Need a different size or want to return your gloves? Unused items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, subject to our Refund Policy.

Start a return or size exchange

1. Submit your request. Enter your order number and checkout email, select your item, and choose a return or size exchange. For an exchange, select your preferred replacement size.
2. Wait for approval. We will email your return instructions. Please wait for these before sending anything back.
3. Post your parcel. Follow the approved instructions and include your order number and whether you requested a refund or size exchange.

For size exchanges, you pay the postage to return the item to us. Paxsport covers delivery of the replacement size.
