If your gloves are not right for you, start a return through the returns portal using your order number and email address. For faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, contact hello@paxsport.com. These processes help us handle your request; they do not restrict your legal right to cancel or raise a fault.

Our 30-day returns offer

In addition to your statutory rights, we accept returns of unused, non-personalised gloves returned within 30 days of receipt. For this voluntary offer, gloves must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging, with any protective palm film intact. You pay return postage for a change of mind or size exchange. For an accepted size exchange, Paxsport covers delivery of the replacement pair.

Cancelling an online order

For eligible online purchases, you can tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to send them back. This applies to sale and clearance goods too.

You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. We may reduce a refund for a loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Removing protective palm film or playing in the gloves may reduce their value. Any deduction will reflect the actual loss in value from handling beyond what is necessary, assessed case by case. Requirements under our voluntary 30-day offer do not override these rights.

You are responsible for change-of-mind return postage. When you cancel an entire eligible order, we refund the standard outbound delivery charge. If you chose a more expensive delivery service, we refund the standard delivery amount.

How to tell us you wish to cancel

You can use the returns portal or email hello@paxsport.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You do not need our approval to exercise your statutory cancellation rights. You may use this model cancellation notice, but it is not compulsory:

Personalised gloves

Gloves personalised with Glove ID are excluded from change-of-mind cancellation and our voluntary returns offer. Your rights if they are faulty, incorrect or not as described still apply.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos can help us assess it. We cover reasonable necessary return postage when goods are faulty, incorrect or not as described.

Your statutory rights include a short-term right to reject qualifying faulty goods within 30 days. Rights to repair, replacement or other remedies may continue after that period. A fault does not have to be visible on arrival.

Latex naturally wears during use, sometimes from the first session, depending on technique, playing surface and care. Normal wear, accidental damage and damage caused by misuse are not manufacturing faults. We assess reported problems on their circumstances; this does not remove your statutory rights.

Missing deliveries

If your order has not arrived, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. You do not need to prove that a parcel was lost before raising the issue.

Receiving your refund

For an eligible cancellation, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. Your payment provider may take additional time to display it. For faulty goods that you are entitled to reject, we refund you without undue delay and within 14 days of agreeing that you are entitled to a refund. We do not charge an administration or restocking fee for exercising your statutory rights.
