Shipping policy

Our shipping service is ran primarily through Royal Mail. 

The services included are:

• 24 Hour Tracked (Next Day)

• 1st Class (1-2 Days)

• 48 hour Tracked (2-3 Days

Once the parcel has been posted to the post office, Royal Mail take responsibility for the fulfilment of the order.

Although Paxsport will take on the service of tracking the parcel, it will be time efficient if you, the customer is responsible for contacting Royal Mail directly.
