2-3 Day Royal Mail delivery as standard.

Once the parcel has been posted to the post office, Royal Mail take responsibility for the fulfilment of the order.

Although Paxsport will take on the service of tracking the parcel, it will be time efficient if you, the customer is responsible for contacting Royal Mail directly.

We accept refunds under the following circumstances:

• The product is still sealed and in original packaging
• The product has not been used or worn
• The product has a genuine fault or defect upon arrival
• The product is lost in the postal service and proof is provided (e.g. no confirmation of signed delivery etc.)

Terms & conditions of returns:

• The product must be returned within 30 days of physically receiving the product - we cannot accept returns later than this
• Products must be returned in original condition & packaging

Unfortunately we cannot refund:

• Postage costs
• Contact latex gloves with protective palm plastic removed
• Products returned after 30 days since purchase
• Gloves with wear or deterioration that is deemed fair use - latex is a natural material that can experience wear from the very first use, the level of wear will vary per keeper depending on their age, technique, playing surface and much more 
• Gloves with wear or deterioration caused by not preparing and caring for them in line with the glove care instructions.
• Gloves listed in the final sale/clearance categories. 

*Please note that unless the order you receive is incorrect by Paxsport, you are liable to cover postage costs to return.
